When a tax sale occurs they are held the first Tuesday of the month located at the North Door of the County Courthouse at 1011 4th Street in the City of Goldthwaite, Texas. Sale is set between the hours of 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.
Beginning at 10:00 AM, the properties will proceed to sell for cash to the highest bidder all the right, title, and interest of the defendants in such suit(s). Winning bidders have until 5 p.m. that same day to pay for the property at the Mills Central Appraisal District located at 901 Sixth Street, Goldthwaite, Texas.
